It can't hurt it. But yes, I think so. Walter got a lot more targets than normal (second on tm w/ 6 yesterday) so he will be more involved going forward. You don't just plug a TE in and expect him to duplicate what Daniels did

I know you don't like to answer actual fantasy football questions, but i'll try anyway. In 8 team standard league, my team has Slaton and Daniels. I have basically one useful trade piece on my bench (Brandon Marshall). Should I try to trade for a top TE or a better RB? My RBs are AP (bye week 9), Lynch (bye week 9), Mendenhall, Julius Jones.

I like how a guy in a 8 team league is calling me out on ACTUAL football questions. Really? An 8 teamer? I'd try and trade for a TE. With AP you'll be fine the rest of the year after the bye. Slaton is on a short leash but I don't expect him to lose his job just yet. And Mendehall will be solid. Not great this week at DEN, but overall solid.

No, that was a weird game. Remember, Miami was "cheated" out of 3 offensive possessions because of the ST/D scores. He was still solid. Actually a good buy low if you can get him from a panicked owner after yesterday

I like Davis the most for the next 4 weeks. Keller on a bye next week, Heap not a big part of the offense and Watson - so many weapons. Davis will be a focal point of a team that will be down and throwing a lot.

Great game, obviously, but I feel Kubiak was sending a message rather than making a full changing of the guard. As Tristan mentioned in Instant Replay today, Moats is a bit of a journeyman and Slaton is just 24 and the future. Slaton on a short leash and Moats will be more involved going forward but if I have to start a Texans running back today for week 9, it's Slaton.

Little of both. He still got 8 targets yesterday, most on the team (1 more than Miles)... I'm not worried. Unless maybe Vernon Davis was out there, I'm not sure you're gonna find a more productive TE on FA.

I misspoke on that. I don't think Gore is a sell high and you are correct - he has a GREAT fantasy playoff schedule. One of the reasons I've been talking about Crabtree the last few weeks.

Depends what your other options are. Despite the 2 scores, he avg 3.1 ypc vs a bad OAK team. His sekd isn't awesome. wk 14-17: @DAL, CIN, @ TEN, WSHat Dallas isn't easy and neither is CIN. Wsh has played good defense this year, thought they will probably pack it in by then... it's an OK sked. My point: If you want to deal him, now is the time. I don't feel he is a MUST trade or a MUST hold. Depends what you can get

Sort of. Berrian's been limited by a hammy and Rice got a lot of attention yesterday. Plus Brett loves Shiancoe and there's apparently some RB there... So I like Harvin I'm just worried he won't be an every week performer except in deeper leagues. He needs to be owned in every league and I do LOVE the VIKES sked coming up but he's not a no brainer start every week.

Well, the Chargers just waived Chris Chambers, so it's a big step in the right direction. I like him as number 3/4 type guy the rest of the way. You have to like him vs the NYG banged up secondary this week.
