Kwesi Appiah sacking by Ghana shows need for Africa to support its managers

Kwesi Appiah hopes to guide Ghana to a third straight win over the United States.
The World Cup was a disaster, but once Kwesi Appiah survived that he should have been given more time.

Kwesi Appiah's tenure as Ghana's manager actually ended on June 26.
