ESPN FC's Raphael Honigstein responds to the reports suggesting Kevin De Bruyne's possible transfer from VfL Wolfsburg to Manchester City.
Marcos Lopes will return to Ligue 1 to join Monaco on a permanent basis.

Ola Toivonen joins Sunderland on season-long loan from Rennes

Sunderland manager Dick Advocaat said that although he's much happier than last week after his side's 1-1 draw against Swansea this weekend, he felt the missing penalty call was a bit of hard luck.

Sunderland have completed the signing of Sweden international Ola Toivonen, who moves from Ligue 1 side Rennes on loan for 2015-16.

Toivonen, 29, joined Rennes in January last year for €2.5 million after five successful seasons in the Eredivisie with PSV Eindhoven, scoring 61 goals in 139 league games and winning the Dutch Cup in 2012.

Black Cats manager Dick Advocaat managed the attacking midfielder, who has won 40 caps for Sweden, when he was in charge of PSV for the 2012-13 season, and has...

Former French international Frank LeBouef discusses the expectations for Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the 2015/16 Ligue 1 season.
The ESPN FC panel debate whether or not Angel Di Maria will make PSG serious Champions League contenders this season and also speak about Zlatan Ibrahimovic's future in Ligue 1.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has described Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League group stage draw with his hometown club Malmo as "the best that could happen."

Ibrahimovic, 33, started his professional career in 1999 when he made his senior debut with Malmo, the city in which he grew up, after coming through the club's youth ranks.

He has since played in the Netherlands, Spain and Italy before moving to PSG in 2012, but has kept close ties with the city where he grew up.

Layvin Kurzawa from Monaco to PSG a shrewd move by Ligue 1 champions

ESPN FC's Alejandro Moreno and Alexis Nunes go group-by-group to break down the 2015 UEFA Champions League draw.

Just hours before Thursday's Champions League group stage draw, Paris Saint-Germain announced the signing of Layvin Kurzawa from AS Monaco.

The France international left-back signed a contract until 2020 and arrives at Parc des Princes for a reported fee of €23 million, an amount that looks like it will prove to be money well spent by the capital club.

PSG have been patient in their pursuit of Kurzawa this summer. Just when it looked as if les Parisiens might change target and pursue Real...
