Roy Hodgson has named his 22-man squad for a pair of Euro 2016 qualifiers.

Jamie Vardy has been named in England's 22-man squad for the Euro 2016 qualifying double-header against San Marino and Switzerland.

The Leicester striker was included by manager Roy Hodgson despite his recent fine for using racist language -- with Swansea midfielder Jonjo Shelvey in the squad almost three years after his one and only cap to date.

Hodgson rewarded Vardy for his impressive form at the end of last season by calling him up to the England squad for the first time.

Leicester extend unbeaten run, but questions linger over Ranieri's tactics

Leicester salvaged a late draw to remain unbeaten against newly promoted Bournemouth.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe says injuries played a large role his side's morale and tactics in their 1-1 draw against Leicester City.

Leicester head into the international break unbeaten this campaign, so you can hardly fault their start to the season, but a few concerning signs did emerge in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Bournemouth.

For the first time, Claudio Ranieri tinkered and unnecessarily switched from 4-4-2 to 4-5-1. Even with the extra midfielder, City only managed 41 percent possession in the first half.
