Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri confident Riyad Mahrez will stay

Despite speculation of a transfer, Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri insists Riyad Mahrez is staying with the club.

It's "important" that Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez remains with the Foxes this season, says manager Claudio Ranieri. 

The defending Premier League champions have already seen standout midfielder N'Golo Kante transfer to Chelsea this summer, and are desperate to keep hold of the PFA Player of the Season despite reported serious interest from Arsenal.

But Ranieri said he's confident he'll be able to count on the Algeria international at the King Power Stadium for at least another Prem campaign.
