Guingamp will look to continue their remarkable run of victories when they travel to Toulouse in Ligue 1 on Saturday.

Jocelyn Gourvennec's team were bottom of the table at the end of November after losing to Evian but have since reeled off five wins in all competitions and now sit 13th in the table.

Their last league win was the most striking of the lot, Jeremy Pied scoring the only goal of the game as they toppled Paris St Germain.

Jeremy Pied's early goal claimed a shock 1-0 win for Guingamp over defending Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday.

Pied headed in the only goal of the game in the 10th minute before Guingamp battened down the hatches and held on to their lead, with Jonas Lossl making a key late save to deny PSG talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The win is a much-needed boost for strugglers Guingamp who moved up to 13th place with the victory, while PSG remained one point behind leaders Marseille, who could...

Claudio Beauvue was the hero for Guingamp as his double secured their place in the last 32 of the Europa League in a 2-1 win against PAOK Salonika on Thursday.

Beauvue got Guingamp off to the perfect start with a goal in the seventh minute when he headed in Thibault Giresse's free-kick, before Stefanos Athanasiadis equalised from the spot shortly afterwards for PAOK.

However, Beauvue was again on target with seven minutes remaining to put the French side into the knockout rounds.

Guingamp climbed out of the Ligue 1 relegation zone by beating Reims 3-2 at the Stade Auguste Delaune.

Gaetan Charbonnier's early opener for 10th-placed Reims was cancelled out by a volley from Lars Jacobsen and Christophe Mandanne fired the visitors into the lead for the first time shortly after the break.

Prince Oniangue thought he might have earned the hosts share of the points with his 68th-minute goal, but Claudio Beauvue had the last word, lifting the Brittany club into 16th place.

Christophe Mandanne and Claudio Beauvue scored twice apiece as Guingamp moved off the foot of Ligue 1 with a comfortable 5-1 victory over 10-man Caen at the Stade du Roudourou.

The hosts ended a four-match losing streak in all competitions as they got off the mark early on through Mandanne and though Alaeddine Yahia struck an equaliser for Caen after 17 minutes, Thibault Giresse put Jocelyn Gourvennec's men ahead for the second time three minutes later.
