Inter Milan and Roma are set to make moves for Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah after the player's solicitor said he is not going to stay with Fiorentina.

Salah joined the Italian side on loan from Chelsea in January, initially until the end of the season but with a pre-agreed option to extend that by a full season upon the payment of a further fee to the Premier League club.

Fiorentina confident of signing Mohamed Salah from Chelsea

Mohamed Salah is expected to leave Chelsea this summer.

Fiorentina are hoping to receive a positive answer from Chelsea midfielder Mohamed Salah after a day of talks with the player's agent on Wednesday.

The Serie A club are keen to take up their option to buy the player who impressed while on loan for the second half of last season. They have first refusal on the 23-year-old and are now confident they have made the player a good enough offer to convince him to commit his future.

"It was a positive meeting," Fiorentina president Andrea Della Valle told...
