Dom Dwyer hits his third of four goals from the penalty spot in a 6-2 win over Dallas.

Dom Dwyer scored four times as Sporting Kansas City crushed FC Dallas 6-2 to move on following their U.S. Open Cup fifth round match.

Dwyer got things going in the fifth minute heading home from close range, then added two more in the first half to put the game out of reach before Dallas ever had a chance to get in the game.

It was a record-setting night for Dwyer, as no SKC player has ever scored four goals for the club in any competition.

FRISCO, Texas -- Fabian Castillo scored his sixth goal of the season and FC Dallas beat the Houston Dynamo 2-0 on Friday night in the second Texas Derby of the season.

FC Dallas snapped a six-game winless streak and beat Houston for the fourth straight time, including a 4-1 win on May 1.

It was the first home game for FC Dallas since May 15, going 0-3-3 on the road. The game was delayed for over an hour due to inclement weather.
