Teenage striker Santi Mina scored four goals as Celta Vigo ran riot against Rayo Vallecano, hammering the Madrid side 6-1 at Balaidos.

The Spain Under-21 international had not scored a single league goal this season before Saturday night's game, but everything he struck against Paco Jemez's side turned to goals.

Former Rayo striker Joaquin Larrivey cancelled out Manucho's first-minute opener after just six minutes, and then Mina put Celta in charge midway through the first half.

Ten-men Granada were cruelly denied a remarkable win as substitute Theo Bongonda's 93rd-minute equaliser earned a 1-1 draw for Celta Vigo.

The Belgian youngster scored exactly 90 minutes after Robert Ibanez had given the hosts an early lead, and the late goal was all the more difficult for the Andalusians to swallow as they had survived the final 50 minutes of the game with 10 men after Jeison Murillo was dismissed for picking up two bookings inside two minutes.

Barca coach Luis Enrique says Sergio Busquets not asked to provoke Celta

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique looked ahead to Wednesday's La Liga visit of Almeria.
ESPN FC's Mark Donaldson breaks down Barcelona's 1-0 victory over Celta Vigo and updates the La Liga title race.

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique said he did not ask Sergio Busquets to instigate any incident during Barcelona's 1-0 win over Celta Vigo.

Celta Vigo's Fabian Orellana was sent off late on for hurling some turf at Sergio Busquets, after the Blaugrana midfielder took an age to take a free kick. Busquets was also booked in the incident, meaning he will miss Wednesday's home game against struggling Almeria, and then be free for the tougher looking trip to Sevilla next weekend.

Jeremy Mathieu scored a late headed goal to give Barcelona all three points from a testing encounter at Celta Vigo.

The French defender outmuscled his marker at the far post to head home Xavi's free-kick in the 75th minute, just two weeks after nodding in the opening goal in the 2-1 win over Real Madrid.

Barcelona struggled for large parts of the game against coach Luis Enrique's former employers -- who were reduced to 10 men in the closing minutes as Fabian Orellana was shown a straight red card...
