Who Needs It In Writing?
Bass tournaments have lots of rules, but it seems to me that a lot of the most important ones never find their way to print.

Take a look at any set of tournament rules and you'll see stuff about no live bait, no rods over 8 feet long, no outboards that exceed Coast Guard recommendations and lots of stuff like that.
