Overall: Savoy redshirted during his true freshman season in 2002 after suffering a knee injury in the summer that required surgery. Savoy bounced back healthy in 2003, starting 10-of-12 games and finishing with 40 catches for 663 yards and seven touchdowns. He improved his production in 2004, finishing with 60 receptions for 891 yards and 11 touchdowns in the Utes 12-0 season, but he was the team's second-leading receiver behind Parris Warren. Savoy is undersized WR prospect with only two seasons of mid-major collegiate experience under his belt. He is somewhat raw and will need some time to develop in the NFL. He has below average size and speed, and he also has some durability concerns following 2002 knee surgery.
