Overall: Jackson is a small-school prospect with exceptional size, good speed for his size, and impressive production at the DI-AA level. He has been a fulltime starter since his sophomore season in 2002. He had 66 receptions for 1,462 yards and 21 touchdowns as a junior in 2003 and 80 receptions for 1,382 yards and 11 TD's as a senior in 2004. Jackson also has some versatility because of his experience returning kickoffs and punts. There are obvious concerns about Jackson's transition to the NFL after playing at the DI-AA level in college. However, while he will need time to improve his consistency catching the football and route running skills, Jackson has the physical tools to make the jump.
