Overall: Hill's draft stock has risen considerably as a result of what was an impressive senior season. Hill had a breakout season as a junior in 2003 and he continued to shine as a senior in 2004 with 71 receptions for 984 yards and 10 TD's. Hill has adequate height and decent speed. His hands, body control and coordination our outstanding. With 11 receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown in the season-opener against Georgia Tech, the DI-AA receiver proved he has the tools to be productive against better talent than what he typically faces at the small school level. He consistently separated against small-school competition but his lack of explosiveness will show up a lot more in the NFL. In our opinion, Hill has been dominant enough at the small school level and has enough physical tools to spend a sixth or seventh round selection on but he's not ...
