Overall: Manus attended Fort Scott Community College before transferring to Morgan State in 2003. He started all 11 games in his first season with the Bears and remained the team's leading receiver as a senior in 2004. Manus needs to do a better job of using his size to beat press coverage and keep defenders at bay when running routes. He is raw and needs a lot of technique work but he certainly has the frame and the athletic ability to improve in those areas. While his upside is limited by his lack of great speed, he does have the potential to develop into a No. 4 or No. 5 possession-type receiver and he should contribute on special teams. Look for a team to take a chance on Manus in the late rounds as a result.
