Overall: Kieft redshirted in 200 with a foot injury. He started 8-of-12 games in 2001 before becoming a fulltime starter in 2002. He started every game in 2002, 2003 and 2004. He was named second-team All-MAC in 2003 and first-team All-MAC in 2004. He finished his career with 43 starts. Kieft is a massive, powerful, right tackle prospect with good experience and durability. His lack of athletic ability is glaring but Kieft has enough size and strength to compete for a backup right tackle job in the NFL, which is why he grades out as a late-round prospect in the 2005 draft.
