Overall: Considine spent his first two seasons primarily on special teams. He started all 13 games at free safety as a junior in '03 and finished with 64 total tackles, three INT's, six PBU and three fumbles recovered. Considine missed two games because of injury in 2004. In the 10 games he played as a senior, he finished with 42 tackles, one TFL, three INT's and seven PBU. In four seasons at Iowa, Considine recorded five blocked kicks, three of which were returned for touchdowns. In terms of physical tools, Considine does not stack up with a lot of the Day 1 safety prospects in this class. He has just decent size and is only an adequate athlete as a free safety prospect.
