Overall: Holly redshirted as a wide receiver in 2000. He played a reserve role as a WR in 2001. He began the 2002 season at WR but moved to DC early in the year and wound up playing in every game and finishing with 17 tackles and one interception. Holly became a fulltime starter as a junior in 2003, when he was named second-team All-Conference USA and finished with 23 tackles and six PBU. As a senior in 2004, Holly earned second-team honors again as a 12-game starter that finished with 45 tackles, two INT's and eight PBU. Holly has some upside because of his adequate size, very good speed and above average ball skills.
