Overall: Green played in all 12 games of his freshman season in 2000 and he played in 10 games in 2001. He injured his knee during a summer workout and red-shirted in 2002. Green played in 13 games in 2003, starting five of them. As a senior in 2004, Green finished with 36 tackles, one interception and five passes broken up while making significant strides in terms of his overall consistency in coverage. Green has the quickness, COD skills and agility to blanket receivers underneath and, while he lacks elite speed, he is fast enough to hold up on the perimeter in the NFL. He also has above average ball skills in coverage. However, Green doesn't provide much run support, he's not as physical as he needs to be in coverage, and he lacks explosive catch-up speed to recover from a mistake.
