Overall: Starks played in all 12 games of his freshman season in 2001, starting 10 of them, and he started all 14 games of the 2002 season. He started 12-of-13 games he played in during the 2003 season. As a senior in 2004, Starks finished with 45 tackles, one interception and nine passes broken up. Starks had his most complete season as a senior and we think he has the cover skills and toughness to develop into a contributor in the NFL as a sub-package inside cornerback and possibly even a "gunner" on special teams. Starks' upside is clearly limited by his lack of height and bulk but his speed, athletic ability and tenacity are attractive qualities as a late-Day 1 or early-Day 2 prospect.
