Overall: Foxworth took over as a starter for the final two games of his true freshman season in 2001 and has been a fulltime starter since. He started all 13 games as a junior in 2003, finishing with 45 tackles, three interceptions and six passes broken up. As a senior in 2004, he started all 11 games and finished with 36 tackles, zero INT's and eight PBU. Foxworth lacks ideal bulk and strength but has some intriguing upside due to his outstanding experience, speed and athleticism. He is at his best in man-coverage and shows the athletic ability to shadow most receivers alone on an island. Foxworth doesn't make enough plays when the ball is in the air and he may never going to be more than a sub-package contributor in the NFL.
