Comments: Kimball is a weapon as kickoff specialist. Great hangtime, will kick most of his attempts for touchbacks. Continues to improve accuracy, directional skills. Experience kicking long attempts, shows good range when necessary. Takes too long in his approach on place kicks. Lacks consistency. Must improve directional skills as kickoff specialist. Kimball is a kickoff specialist who got touchbacks on nearly 70 percent of his kickoffs in his last two seasons at Penn State. He has a huge leg and does an adequate job directionally on kickoffs, but has almost no upside as a field-goal kicker. If drafted, a team might take a chance on Kimball in the final round as a defensive weapon.
