Hundreds of players already have changed teams, but with the draft still to come, there's plenty of time to continue plugging holes. Where are those holes? Scouts Inc. has made its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Right offensive tackle
Kelly Butler, a sixth-round pick in 2004, and 2002 seventh-round pick Victor Rogers are expected to compete for the starting slot vacated by Stockar McDougle, who has signed with Miami. The problem is neither appears ready at this point, as they are both much better run blockers than pass blockers.

While Butler has the potential to improve as a pass blocker, he failed to appear in a game last year, and how much progress he's made remains to be seen. Keeping that in mind, look for Detroit to use an early-round pick on a tackle who has the power and agility to push for playing time this year and eventually move into the starting lineup.
