Hundreds of players already have changed teams, but with the draft still to come, there's plenty of time to continue plugging holes. Where are those holes? Scouts Inc. has made its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Rashean Mathis returns as the starter on one side, but Jacksonville made Dewayne Washington, who started opposite Mathis last year, and key reserve Juran Bolden cap casualties.

The Jaguars have signed unrestricted free agent Terry Cousin, who should be an excellent replacement for Bolden. Cousin has good quickness and rarely gets caught out of position, but he doesn't have the size or speed of an every-down corner.
