Searching for impact prospects

When scouting the lower-tier all-star games, our focus is on finding the prospects with the best opportunity to make an impact at the next level. Ordinarily, those players jump out in games like the Las Vegas All-American Classic because they tend to dominate the competition.
After spending time at practice during the week in Las Vegas and after studying film of Saturday's game, here are the 10 prospects whom I feel have the best chance of making an NFL roster either as a late-round draft pick or undrafted free agent:
