What follows is a team-by-team rundown of the best rookies the NFL has to offer.

CB Terrence McGee
McGee, a fourth-round pick out of Northwestern State, has done quite well as Buffalo's No. 4 cornerback and has gotten himself in on some big plays. He gives the team some hope for the future, given the lack of contributions from the team's other rookies this season.

OLT Wade Smith

Smith
Indeed, Smith has had his bad days (the one vs. Colts DE Dwight Freeney is the first that comes to mind), but for the most part, Smith has been a bright spot on a team that still has major question marks on the offensive line. Smith has been good at times both pass-blocking and run-blocking, earning him the full-time starter's job, but he must get more consistent.
