It's been fun watching Baltimore Ravens QB Kyle Boller justify his selection as a first-round pick over the past few weeks. The Ravens' coaching staff has finally seen fit to trust him with this offense and has expanded the playbook. As I noted in a previous column, Boller was saddled not only by his poor play but also by the staff's inability to trust his judgment.
That seems to have changed as of late as the staff is now giving him the opportunity to make plays. Boller's second-half performance last week against the Cowboys is a good example of their confidence in his abilities.
