It's only a few weeks into the season, but it's becoming very obvious how important the front office and coaching staff are to the success of a team. There are a lot of teams in the NFL and not enough NFL-caliber talent to go around. It's imperative for a team to put together a game plan that will help it get more talent and put that talent to good use, especially in today's era of free agency. Here's a look at a few teams that are playing good football right now and what they've done to improve themselves recently.
