Chargers' assistants looking for security

This has been a wonderful season for the San Diego Chargers, a year of redemption.
They have won the AFC West against all odds. They almost upset the Colts in Indianapolis on Sunday. Nobody will take them for granted come playoff time.
Really, they have almost erased a lot of bad things, a lot of losing, not to mention a Ryan Leaf experience and an Eli Manning rejection this spring. Their contract negotiations traditionally have been a disaster.
Now they appear to be blowing it again.
