Titans' woes not easily fixed

Every team must deal with injuries, but the Titans have had more than their share on both sides of the ball.

Editor's Note -- ESPN analyst Merril Hoge takes a look at the woes of the Tennessee Titans and what they can do to fix them.

The Tennessee Titans are a long way from their playoff form of a year ago. Last season they went 12-4 and made it to the divisional portion of the AFC playoffs before losing 17-14 to eventual Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.

This season they are 4-7 and out of the playoffs in the tough AFC and there are a myriad of reasons behind their abrupt fall.
