The question was simple enough for new Syracuse coach Greg Robinson: How will his team adjust to change?

The 30-year veteran didn't hesitate before responding.

"We're starting out by giving each of them $10,000 -- cash," Robinson said, tongue planted firmly in cheek. "We figure that might get their attention."
