Balance will make the difference
Scouts, Inc., goes inside the Arizona State-California matchup and sees the Bears winning a shootout.
Who: Arizona State (21) at California (8)
When: Sat., 10:00 p.m. ET (TBS)
Where: Memorial Stadium, Berkeley, CA
Saturday's game features two of the best quarterbacks in the country in Cal's Aaron Rodgers and Arizona State's Andrew Walter. Rodgers, who was 20-for-27 for 235 yards and three scores in last year's game, ranks second in the nation in passing efficiency.
Walter is coming off a career-day after throwing six touchdowns in the Sun Devils' win over UCLA last weekend. His 21 touchdown passes lead the country. In this battle of high-powered offenses, the outcome could hinge on which quarterback plays better.
