This Pac-10 showdown has conference and bowl implications. Both teams own a 3-1 record in league play and currently sit in a three-way tie with Oregon for second place. With USC still undefeated, the loser of this one will likely need plenty of help the rest of the way.

Saturday's game features two of the best quarterbacks in the country in Cal's Aaron Rodgers and Arizona State's Andrew Walter. Rodgers, who was 20-for-27 for 235 yards and three scores in last year's game, ranks second in the nation in passing efficiency.
