Almost every college football coach has a favorite saying plastered along the wall of his team meeting room. For coaches, these adages might as well be conditions for employment, alongside "playing experience" and "some form of a Southern drawl." Miami (Ohio) boss Terry Hoeppner is no exception. The phrase "have a plan, work a plan and plan for the unexpected" is often recited in Oxford. But what sets Hoeppner and the RedHawks apart from others is that they actually stick to those words.
