Utes, Rams lead the way

The Mountain West teams all did an excellent job recruiting this season. From top to bottom, the teams in this conference do a great job of not only identifying prospects, but they also find players who fit their systems. As a whole, the group also does a solid job raiding the junior college ranks.
Here's how I see the 2004 Mountain West recruiting race.
