Mean Green remember last trip to Monroe

Utah State stayed within striking distance of league-leader North Texas with an impressive win over Middle Tennessee, then fell out of striking distance with a loss at New Mexico State.
That means, surprise, North Texas has a two-game cushion on the rest of the league and open road to its third straight appearance in the New Orleans Bowl.
The Mean Green rolled over Troy State 21-0 and their remaining three games are at Louisiana Monroe, at home against Arkansas State and at New Mexico State on ESPN for the season finale. Two wins and North Texas is headed back to the New Orleans.
