Let's see. The Black Knights are 0-6, have lost 16 of their past 17 games, haven't scored an offensive touchdown since Sept. 20 and, on Monday, their coach was fired. Todd Berry tried to update the Army attack with a passing game, but it never took. His last game featured a school-record 55 pass attempts, but ended in a 34-10 loss at Louisville that made his career mark at Army 5-35.

Defensive line coach John Mumford has assumed coaching duties, and was head coach at Southeast Missouri State for a decade, but he's got some work ahead of him to turn around a struggling squad. Army is averaging just 63.8 yards on the ground -- worst in Division I-A -- and is giving up 303 yards per game in the air.
