Virginia TE Miller debuts at No. 4
Underclassmen like Virginia TE Heath Miller continue to shake up Mel Kiper's Big Board.
Another underclassman has entered the top five on my Big Board of the top 25 draft-eligible NFL prospects, prompting shuffling up and down the board.
Virginia TE Heath Miller has opted to forego his senior season and enter the draft, landing at No. 4 in his first week on the board while Utah junior quarterback Alex Smith has moved from No. 5 to No. 3, and we could see plenty more upheaval before the Jan. 15 deadline for underclassmen to make themselves eligible.
Virginia junior OT D'Brickashaw Ferguson would rank among the top five and be the highest-rated offensive tackle; Memphis junior RB DeAngelo Williams would become the first or second-ranked running back; and third-year sophomore LB Ahmad Brooks of Virginia would be in the top 10 overall and the No. 1 middle linebacker on the list.
