The abundance of underclassmen has pushed some quality prospects into my third-round projection of the NFL draft.

Please Note -- The draft order in the third round varies slightly from the previous two rounds due to compensatory-pick issues and a trade involving a third-round pick. That aside, here's my third-round projection for the 2004 NFL draft:
