Q: After seeing Drew Henson's workout, why wouldn't the San Diego Chargers trade their second-round pick for his rights and take WR Larry Fitzgerald first overall? QB Eli Manning is great, but Henson and Fitzgerald could eventually team with LaDainian Tomlinson to give them three of the most exciting players in the league.
Jared, Charleston, S.C.
KIPER: Buffalo, Green Bay and even Oakland are all interested in Henson, too, so it will be interesting to see how this all works out. Buffalo and Green Bay would be ideal scenarios because of the QBs already in place -- Drew Bledsoe and Brett Favre, respectively -- and the time Henson will need to shake of the rust.

Where the Chargers are concerned, it looks as though they are not too excited about drafting a quarterback even though they seem to need one. It's obvious they are not sold on Drew Brees after he gave way to Doug Flutie, and despite needs at WR, OT, DT and LB, San Diego might be forced to take Manning. The problem with Henson is that no one knows whether he will react to a long layoff like Roger Staubach or Chad Hutchinson. He is gifted physically, but the questions about his inactivity could turn teams like the Chargers off.
