Larry Fitzgerald was cleared for the draft and shot straight to No. 1 on my latest Big Board.

The underclassmen are through with their declarations for the 2004 NFL draft, and a big one over the weekend affected every spot on my Big Board of the top 25 NFL prospects.

Larry Fitzgerald, the third-year sophomore wide receiver from Pittsburgh, was deemed eligible for the draft and submitted his name, immediately shooting to the top of the Big Board as the No. 1 pro prospect available. There are now 13 underclassmen among my top 25 prospects, including seven of the top 10.
