Q: If Pittsburgh wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald should become eligible for the NFL Draft would he be taken before Texas WR Roy Williams? Who is the better all-around receiver?
Jordan, Pittsburgh, Pa.
KIPER -- Williams definitely has impressive skills, and in a more wide-open offense his numbers would certainly be much higher than the 59 receptions for 16.4-yard average and eight touchdowns he has right now. As it is, Williams is on a team that has played two quarterbacks (junior Chance Mock and freshman Vince Young) and both have struggled to find continuity in the offense. Williams is also hurt by the fact that Texas has re-established the running game behind Cedric Benson and Selvin Young.
