There's a new No. 1 on my Big Board: Ole Miss QB Eli Manning, who's edged ahead of Texas WR Roy Williams.
Ole Miss quarterback Eli Manning has risen to the No. 1 spot on my Big Board, ahead of Texas wide receiver Roy Williams (who had held the No. 1 ranking all season until now).
