Auburn comes to play
In one of the key games of the day, coach Tommy Tuberville's Auburn Tigers re-established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the SEC as they came away with a 10-3 road victory against Arkansas.

Arkansas senior RB Cedric Cobbs was contained in the first half, but showed in the final 30 minutes why he's one of the rising NFL draft prospects. On several occasions, he displayed the determination to battle and scrap for every inch of real estate. He came through with a strong 13-yard run early in the third quarter and finished with 78 yards on 16 carries.
