A hot Division II prospect, senior DE Roderick Green of Central Missouri State, makes his debut on my Big Board this week at No. 21. Green is the D-II version of Terrell Suggs, the record-setting sack artist from Arizona State who was the Ravens' 2003 first-round pick.

Meanwhile, Florida TE Ben Troupe, who was No. 22 on my first Big Board of the season, has climbed to No. 10 this week. Troupe is on track to be the first tight end selected in the 2004 draft -- unless Miami junior TE Kellen Winslow Jr. declares for the draft (if Winslow does declare, expect him to be a top 5-10 pick).
