Oregon State and Notre Dame will meet in a rematch of the 2001 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, in which the Beavers pasted the Irish 41-9. With Ty Willingham headed to Washington and newly hired head coach Charlie Weis still fulfilling his obligations as the Patriots' offensive coordinator, the Irish will play under defensive coordinator Kent Baer.

Who: Notre Dame vs. Oregon State
When: Dec. 28, Tues., 9:45 ET (ESPN)
Where: Phoenix, AZ
If the Irish are to avoid another embarrassing loss to the Beavers, QB Brady Quinn will need to improve on his 53.7 completion percentage. On the other side of the ball, Oregon State QB Derek Anderson can finish a rollercoaster career on a high note against a Notre Dame pass defense that ranks 114th nationally.
