The GMAC Bowl has become notorious for its shootouts. Don't expect that trend to be reversed with two of the nation's top-10 scoring offenses taking the field at Ladd-Peebles Stadium on December 22nd. QB Danny Wimprine has been inconsistent, but he's still a dual-threat who can make Bowling Green pay for overcompensating versus RB DeAngelo Williams. Williams was third in the nation with 166.2 rushing yards per game.
The Falcons might have trouble stopping Memphis, but with Omar Jacobs triggering an offense that finished fourth nationally in scoring, they certainly won't have trouble keeping up.
