One step at a time, Travis Ford is rebuilding the program at Eastern Kentucky. The Colonels took another step last season, climbing to a fourth-place finish in the Ohio Valley Conference regular season and advancing to the semifinals of the league tournament.

Ford doesn't want to stop there.
