Losing seasons at Indiana normally involve the football team. Then Mike Davis' basketball squad did the unthinkable last winter, dropping nine of their final 12 games and spending a postseason at home for the first time since 1976-77. The Hoosiers' 14-15 record was their worst since 1969-70.

Losing seasons at Indiana normally involve the football team. Then Mike Davis' basketball squad did the unthinkable last winter, dropping nine of their final 12 games and spending a postseason at home for the first time since 1976-77. The Hoosiers' 14-15 record was their worst since 1969-70.
Just two years removed from an appearance in the national championship game, Davis now finds himself in perilous waters, trying to rebuild the dynasty he inherited from Bobby Knight and trying to regain the confidence of fans.
