Neil Dougherty likes the progress his team made during his first two seasons as TCU's coach. He wants to see the Horned Frogs take a few more steps this season.

Neil Dougherty likes the progress his team made during his first two seasons as TCU's coach. He wants to see the Horned Frogs take a few more steps this season.
"I think the returning players are very excited about this season," Dougherty said. "They have now gone and done some special things and they understand what you have to do in order to accomplish great things."
Indeed, the 2003-04 team had its moments.
