COACH AND PROGRAM

The keyword for last season at Wofford: injuries. The Terriers were beset from start to finish. "In 19 years of coaching I've never been through anything like it," coach Mike Young said.

"After about the third practice, we never had our complete team ready to go. It was difficult to try to piece together a team day by day. As good as the league was, it took its toll." Ten players started at least four games each and only one of them started all 29.
