COACH AND PROGRAM

A strong frontcourt, experience, a tough early schedule, some good shooters-it's a formula for success, and it's written all over Davidson this season.

The Wildcats roared from the middle of the pack last year to garner a three-way share of the South Division title, and most of the talent returns, led by junior Brendan Winters (17.8 ppg, 5.1 rpg). That's why Davidson should be one of the best in the conference this season.
