Two straight seasons of reaching the conference championship would make the fans of most programs happy. Not so at Chattanooga. That's what coach John Shulman is facing in his first year at the tradition-rich program.

Two straight seasons of reaching the conference championship would make the fans of most programs happy. Not so at Chattanooga. That's what coach John Shulman is facing in his first year at the tradition-rich program.
"Expectations are huge here," he said. "We won 40 games the last two years, and people will come up and say 'That's OK, it'll get better.' They still have memories of that Sweet 16 team in '97."
